We are a community-based organization, offering hope, education and resources to women & girls with a desire to prevent diabetes,
live their best life and teach the same to the next generation.
Our desire to help people become a Self-Health Advocate.
We offer comprehensive solutions such as on-line & in-person classes, workshops, group meetings & individual coaching support to anyone with a desire to prevent diabetes and ultimately live their best life.
We've built alliances with individuals, community groups, clinics, doctors, hospitals, and churches to help us prevent diabetes and obliterate obesity.

DESMA was created for women and girls but many of our programs are geared toward helping anyone who wants learn how to live a good healthy life..
